Holistic Approach to Health Sharing
WeShare® is a healthcare sharing ministry (HCSM) that partners to provide the largest health networks in the nation: PHCS® PPO and CVS Caremark™ Networks. PHCS® is the largest, independent primary PPO in the nation, and a wholly owned subsidiary of MultiPlan, Inc.; additionally, members have access to 68,000 CVS Caremark™ retail locations, with low, pre-negotiated member-specific rates for both CVS Caremark™ retail and CVS MinuteClinic™
locations. Included, members receive most generic maintenance medications, mail order, at $10 for a 30-day supply or $20 for a 90-day supply. Additionally, WeShare® members have access to 1.2 million+ Providers, over 5,600 hospitals, and over 1,100 CVS MinuteClinic™ locations in the United States for the ultimate convenience.

Flexible Care
CVS MinuteClinic is a walk-in clinic that patients can choose as an alternative to an urgent care center, but at about 40% less than the cost of urgent care. These CVS clinics offer treatments, screenings, and immunizations and are open 7 days a week (varies per location and major holidays). WeShare members can visit a MinuteClinic for only a $10 consult fee, per visit.
DocDay is virtual care that is designed to make your journey to health accessible. Leveraging technology, DocDay gets you the care you need faster and easier than a traditional office visit, in the privacy of your own home. With your WeShare membership you get unlimited DocDay visits with no and low cost labs. You even get a dedicated team, often seeing the same virtual care medical provider.

Our Member Services and Provider Concierge teams work hard and are committed to ensuring a seamless, transparent, and member-centric approach for all.
In that spirit, WeShare® offers added resources and support through the Compassionate Care Program, for any and all members diagnosed with a critical or chronic illness, or cancer, while enrolled as a member of WeShare®. WeShare is not a reimbursement program. WeShare is NOT an insurance company nor is the membership offered through an insurance company. WeShare membership is offered and administered by Unite Health Share Ministries™ (UHSM), a nonprofit, religious health sharing ministry that facilitates member-to-member sharing of medical expenses. WeShare is connected through the PHCS® PPO Network, a wholly owned subsidiary of MultiPlan, Inc., to enhance resources, community, and healthcare for all WeShare members. WeShare members have access to pre-negotiated rates over medical services through both vast networks, the PHCS® PPO, CVS Caremark™, and CVS MinuteClinic™ Network. Members should never have to pay cash up-front for services in-network, with the only payment incurred at the time of service being the per member, per visit, consultation fee, as outlined in the Membership Guides. All Sharing Members are responsible for their own medical expenses.
