This means Members can choose the care that best fits their needs – from routine checkups to specialized treatment – while benefiting from pre-negotiated rates that help keep costs to a minimum.
In addition, UHSM partners with CVS Caremark™ and CVS MinuteClinic®, giving Members affordable, convenient access to care wherever they are. From prescription medications and urgent care to telehealth through Amwell, Members can connect with professional, compassionate providers anytime, anywhere.

What UHSM Providers Shares
UHSM providers support a broad range of eligible medical needs, from preventive visits to major procedures. Members can expect:
- $0 consultation fees for preventive care and Amwell telehealth visits
- Low-cost visits to CVS MinuteClinic® ($10), primary care providers ($25), and specialists ($75)
- Laboratory and diagnostic services through Quest Diagnostics® and LabCorp®
- Behavioral health support, including up to 10 free counseling sessions each year through BetterHelp®
- Comprehensive maternity and hospital care, once eligibility requirements are met
- Discount programs for dental, vision, and LASIK services

How to Access UHSM’s Approved List of Providers
Accessing quality healthcare through the approved UHSM provider network is quick and easy once you know where to start.
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you find the right doctor, clinic, or pharmacy for your needs.
Step 1: Start at the WeShare “Find a Provider” page
Begin at weshare.org/find-a-provider.
From there, you’ll see links for medical providers, pharmacies, labs, and telehealth. Click on the option that fits what you’re looking for.
Step 2: Open the PHCS provider directory
To access in-person care, search WeShare’s PHCS PPO Network Directory. This is where you can look up in-network doctors and facilities. If you’re part of the Legacy program, you can access the provider list here.
Step 3: Search by location and speciality
Enter your ZIP code or city and state, choose how far you’re willing to travel, and filter by speciality (for example, primary care, pediatrics, or urgent care). You can also type in a provider’s name if you already have someone in mind.
Step 4: Double-check that they’re in-network
Once you find a provider, feel free to give our friendly Member Services team a call at 800-900-8476 to confirm your chosen provider is in network. While you’re chatting, Member Services can also make sure you know what services from your visit will be eligible for sharing and what you can expect to pay out-of-pocket. We’re always available to make sure you never have to tackle any part of your healthcare journey alone.
Step 5: Book your visit and bring your member ID
At your appointment, show your WeShare membership ID card and pay the consultation fee that applies:
- $0 for preventive care and Amwell telehealth visits
- $10 at CVS MinuteClinic®
- $25 for primary care
- $50 for urgent care
- $75 for specialists
Step 6: Manage prescriptions through CVS Caremark™
For medications, visit any CVS Pharmacy or sign up for mail-order delivery through CVS Caremark™. Generic prescriptions typically cost $10 for a 30-day supply or $20 for 90 days by mail.
