WeShare Healthcare Signed Indiana Fever Jersey Giveaway: Official Rules

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by WeShare Health, 999 Waterside, Suite 2600
Norfolk, VA 2351 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period. Entries will be accepted beginning at approximately 6:30 PM ET and ending thirty (30) minutes after the conclusion of the game, on July 22, 2026, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, IN.

4. How to Enter. Scan the QR code displayed at the WeShare activation table, complete the entry form with your full name and email address, and press submit. Entry is available only in person at the WeShare activation table. Limit one entry per person.

5. Prize. One (1) autographed Indiana Fever jersey. Retail value reflects unautographed merchandise. Retail value of hand-signed merchandise is subject to fluctuation based on the featured player and current market value at the time of prize award. Only one prize will be awarded. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except by Sponsor.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. One winner will be chosen in a random drawing on or about July 22, 2026, after the close of the Entry Period, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided and must respond within five (5) days to confirm shipping information. If the winner does not respond within that period, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer this giveaway and, unless the entrant opts out, for future communications from Sponsor about its products and services, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at weshare.org/privacy-policy.

9. Liability Release. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Indiana Fever, Pacers Sports & Entertainment, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without further compensation.

11. General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Void where prohibited.

12. Prize Provider and Affiliation. The autographed jersey is provided by the Indiana Fever. This giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by WeShare Health and is not otherwise sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Indiana Fever, the WNBA, or their respective affiliates.
